Maxsus tayyorlik

  • Infants younger than 1 year: avoid feeding for 30–40 minutes before collection
  • Children 1–5 years: do not eat for 2–3 hours before collection
  • Adults: fast for 8 hours; water is allowed
  • Avoid vigorous physical activity and emotional stress for 30 minutes prior to collection
  • Do not smoke during the 3 hours before collection

Qanday foydalanish

Eozinofil kationik oqsil (ECP) testi bronxial astma, atopik dermatit, allergik rinit, oziq-ovqat allergiyasi va ular bilan bog'liq allergik kasalliklarda tashxis qo'yishga yordam berish, og'irlik darajasini baholash va monitoring uchun qo'llaniladi. Gelmint infeksiyasi gumon qilinganda baholashni qo'llab-quvvatlashi mumkin. ECP ni ketma-ket o'lchash yallig'lanishga qarshi davolashga javobni baholash va astmada inhalyatsion kortikosteroid dozasini titrlashni yo'naltirish uchun qo'llanilishi mumkin.

Cheklovlar

Eozinofil kationik oqsil eozinofil granulalari tarkibidagi ribonukleaza bo'lib, IgE vositachiligidagi yoki boshqa shakldagi faollashuvdan so'ng ajraladi. ECP epiteliya hujayralari, mast hujayralar, silliq mushak hujayralari va fibroblastlar uchun sitotoksik bo'lib, immunitetni Th2-ustun javobni qo'llab-quvvatlaydigan tarzda modulyatsiya qiladi. Eozinofillar nafas va me'da-ichak yo'lining shilliq qavati to'qimalarida hamda ko'plab parenximatoz organlarda rezident bo'lgani sababli, ECP ajralishi keng klinik namoyonlar bilan bog'liq. Qon zardobidagi ECP allergen ta'siridan so'ng oshadi va eozinofil yuklamasi hamda astmada nafas yo'llari shilliq qavatining yallig'lanishi bilan korrelyatsiya qiladi, biroq bronxial giperreaktivlik bilan korrelyatsiya qilmaydi. Yuqoriroq konsentratsiyalar invaziv gelmint infeksiyalarida va atopik dermatit xurujlari paytida kuzatiladi; eng yuqori qiymatlar gipereozinofilik sindromda qayd etiladi. ECP ning ko'tarilishi allergiyaga xos emas va bakterial sinusitda, ayrim buyrak neoplaziyalarida hamda respirator sinsitial virus infeksiyasida ham kuzatilishi mumkin. Eozinofiliya va sistemik alomatlar bilan kechuvchi dori reaksiyasi (DRESS) ECP ning sezilarli oshishi bilan bog'liq. Talqin klinik topilmalar va boshqa laborator ma'lumotlar, zarurat bo'lganda allergen testlari bilan birgalikda amalga oshirilishi kerak.
