Qanday foydalanish
Omega-3 indeksi (eritrotsitdagi EPA + DHA), shuningdek omega-3 ko'p to'yinmagan yog' kislotalari indeksi yoki n-3 yog' kislotalari biomarkeri sifatida ham ma'lum, yurak-qon tomir xavfini, jumladan aritmiyalarga va to'satdan kardial o'limga moyillikni baholashda qo'llaniladi. Test omega-3 yog' kislotalari yetishmovchiligini baholashni qo'llab-quvvatlaydi va ratsiondagi o'zgarishlar yoki qo'shimchalar dasturlari vaqtida omega-3 qabulini kuzatishda ishlatiladi.

Omega-3 ko'p to'yinmagan yog' kislotalari zarur ozuqaviy moddalardir; ularning kardioprotektiv, lipid-pasaytiruvchi va antiaritmik ta'sirlari mavjud.
