All questions about: Test Results

Understanding Results

All questions regarding the interpretation of results should be directed to the doctor who issued the referral. Laboratory staff do not interpret test results or prescribe treatment.

Getting Tested

Yes, we accept referrals on the letterheads of any medical organisation in Uzbekistan. If needed, our specialists will clarify the details with the referring physician.

It depends on the specific test. Most blood tests require fasting beforehand. Please check the details in the Test Preparation section on the Genex website.

Bring your doctor's referral (if you have one) and a means of payment (card or cash).

Getting Results

Results are available in your personal account on the website, in the mobile app, and can also be sent to you via the official Genex Telegram bot if your phone number is linked to your account.

Delays are most often caused by incomplete profile information. Please check that your details in the Genex Patient account are up to date. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

This is possible if you have the appropriate access. Go to the Dependants section and select the relevant patient.

Most results are ready within one business day. The turnaround time for a specific test is listed in the test catalogue on our website.
